Railway Design Engineer Team leader

Job Main Characteristics:

The Design Engineer shall be able to autonomously develop the project performing the study of car-bodyshell, or/and bogie or and Equipment installations, starting from the technical specification (or customer requirements) and managing the interface with validation department, Customer and sub-systems Suppliers.

The Senior Design Engineer shall have a good attitude to work in team

Job Type: FULL TIME, Permanent.

Candidates applying for this position should have the following characteristics:

· Experiences in railway or mechanical design for at least 3 years

· Skill in 2D drawings and 3D modelling (SW: Autocad, Creo, or Catia V5, or Solidworks)

· Good Knowledge of Railway systems

· Ability to study new systems starting from technical requirements

· Ability to modify the design according to validation results

· Ability to understand the manufacturing process of mechanical components and welded structures

· Ability to execute the activities respecting the planning

· Ability to coordinate the activities with the other teams in the railway area

Degree: Graduate

Experience: at least 3 years

Spoken languages: Fluent Technical English.
